All rooms are inclusive of breakfast and flowing coffee from our own plantations.

Free wifi is available in common areas and all Duyan House guests get free access to the Sinagtala Adventure Park (savings of Php450 per guest)

THE DUYAN PREMIER VILLAS

BLUE, YELLOW & ORANGE VILLAS

Our Premier Villas are located close to the swimming pool, the main house, the dining area and the children’s playground. 

Villas A & B can fit up to 9 guests and each have a balcony, while Villas C can fit up to 7 guests and each have a patio and small garden.

All Premier Villas are air-conditioned and have rainforest and mountain view.

THE DUYAN EXECUTIVE VILLAS

GREEN, RED & VIOLET VILLAS

Our Executive Villas are located in the quietest part of the Duyan Resort requiring a 5 minute slight uphill walk to the main house and pool. All Villas are air-conditioned.

The advantage of our Executive Villas is that it provides the most serene and tranquil environment for those seeking privacy and a more spiritual experience with Nature. 

Villas A have a balcony while Villas B have a patio and small garden, both with a rainforest and mountain view. Picturesque flowering plants and an unspoilt rainforest outside your window makes for a truly breathtaking experience.

THE DUYAN HOUSE

The Duyan House rooms are designed to accommodate couples and smaller groups with rooms located closest to the pool and dining area, parking and children’s playground. Rooms 2-6 have a garden view, rooms 7-10 each have its own balcony with mountain views, and rooms 11 and 12 have a patio, also with mountain views.
